One night in late 2000, I looked around the hospital and realized something had shifted. I was a nurse, and I loved helping people, but more and more, my job had become paperwork. And the patients? Many came back again and again. They weren’t getting better. I knew I wanted to help people before they ended up in hospital, not after.

Leaving nursing was scary, but I followed my heart.

I dove into fitness, and it was everything I’d been looking for. I could finally help people build health, not just treat sickness. That decision shaped the next 22 years of my life and now, I get to use both my medical and fitness backgrounds to help people like you feel empowered and in control of their health.
